Project Outline

Now that we’re a match and we’ve agreed on deliverables based on your project brief, I’ll send you a quote and get started on the project as soon as possible.


This is where I get to know your customers, understand what drives your website and crunch the numbers to build a strategy.


I’ll conduct a detailed SEO audit to understand how your website is performing and identify key development areas – including a comprehensive keyword and competitor landscape analysis to find new opportunities.

Then, I’ll develop a tailored reference framework that details everything about your business, product/services and target customers. Only then do I start the writing process.

Content Production

I mix the right amount of data and creative flair to create noteworthy copy that’s perfectly tailored to your brand.


I’ll use everything from my research to craft compelling and engaging copy that’s engineered to get your business noticed by search engines and your target customer.


At this stage, the first draft shouldn’t be seen as the final product. It’s an opportunity to review the draft and ensure I’m on the right track. Once we go through your feedback, I’ll get to work on tweaking the content for the final draft.

Launch day

Let’s get your content published and analyse the data to see if we can make it better.

Content Delivered

You receive the final copy via wireframe and Word Doc – refined, polished and ready to publish. You’ll also receive a branded version of your SEO and content audit along with a personalised content strategy.


SEO isn’t a same-day quick fix. It’s an ongoing process. I’ll check in with you, at least once, 30-days after your content has been delivered to go through how your website is performing and identify opportunities to optimise it further.
