What copywriting services do you offer?

I provide a suite of copywriting services from website and email copywriting to article and blog copywriting. If you can’t find a service that meets your needs, get in touch and let’s have a chat. It’s totally free.

Within which industries have you worked?

I’ve mainly worked in the beauty and fashion industry as well as B2B businesses writing on a wide vairy of topics. However, while experience in a particular industry sector is beneficial, it’s not necessary.

With a fresh perspective, I take the time to start all projects with extensive research in a clients industry sector, understand their business, competitors, product/services and target audience to deliver standout copy.

How much do you charge?

Every project is different. I need to take into consideration time for research and the complexities of each project. As a result, I can’t provide a standardised list. While I have some retainer clients who I charge an hour/day rate, most of my clients are charged a fixed rate for the cost of the project.

What do I pay for?

My fees cover research, an initial draft, 2 rounds of amendments, proofreading and a final draft.

How do I brief you?

First, I provide a consultation (free of charge) via phone, Skype or in-person. Once we agree on terms, I’ll email you a copywriting brief with a list of questions you need to answer.

Don’t worry if you can’t answer all of the questions. Answer as much as you can and I’ll be in contact if I need any more information.

Once I’m confident I have all the information I need, I’ll get to work on writing your copy.

How do I get my copy?

All copy is sent to clients via email. First, I’ll send a draft which gives you the opportunity to ensure I’m on the right track in terms of language style and tone of voice. Once I’ve received your feedback, I’ll get to work on tweaking the content for the final draft.

Can I change the brief once work has started?

I understand that things change and sometimes it’s out of our control. However, if there is a significant change which involves having to conduct more research, an additional fee may be payable.

If any changes need to be made, please let me know as soon as possible.

How do I pay you?

Once a fee has been agreed, I’ll send an invoice for 50% of the cost via email. This invoice is to be be paid before any work begins. When the project has been completed and signed off, I will send the final invoice for the remaining 50%.

What about confidentiality?

I always maintain a confidential relationship with my clients. I understand that some businesses require third-party vendors to sign an NDA when working with them and I’d be more than happy to sign one if this is the case.

How long will my project take?

That all depends on the project. Once we have a chat about your project in a bit more detail, I’ll have a better idea of how long the work will take.
